On Thursday morning the pediatrician called and said he could come home on Friday as long as I could come spend the night with him in the hospital so I could get used to all his equipment. He's on oxygen and a heart monitor, so I had to go learn how to use all that stuff. So I spent Thursday night in a hospital room w/him, then I got to take him home yesterday just in time for his 2 week doctor's appointment (which included his circumcision, poor guy). Doc says hopefully he'll be able to go off the oxygen in a couple of weeks. So yeah, my kid is adorable, as is his brother (who is already a whopping 6 lbs 9 oz...Jaxon is 5 lbs 7 oz)...
We have them sleeping in their pack 'n play for now, which works out pretty well. They've been pretty good to us as far as sleep is concerned...we get up every few hours to feed them and then put them back down and they usually go right back to sleep. We've been pretty lucky I think, I'm still pretty sleep-deprived but I think considering the fact that I'm a first time mom with twins, being able to get a few hours of sleep here and there is the most I can hope for so I won't complain.
Anyway, there's the happy update for you all. I'm sure I will be posting more pics soon as well as getting back to ranting and raving about something other than how much I'm sick of being pregnant (haha for the record, I LOVE not being pregnant...I'm already back in my pre-pregnancy pants and I can wear shoes again!!).

Your boys are beautiful -- not "alien" like at all. ;) So glad they're both home. They are a perfect mesh of you and Jacob. Can't wait to see more pictures of them as they grow. Hope to meet them before their first birthday! Love you lots.

Cajsa...you WILL have to be dragged away. They are the most adorable babies ever! (And considering I've had 3...that is saying something!)
